New Service/Transfer

Welcome to the Rural Water District 8 McIntosh Community.  Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Service Application and Service Agreement to apply for service. Whether you are transferring existing service or establishing new service, please download and print the forms below.  Each form is also listed separately at the bottom of this page.  Once all forms are filled out completely, please mail them to the address at the top of this page or you can bring the packet into the office. If you plan on coming into the office to transfer service or apply for new service, please plan on being at the office before 4pm.  We look forward to serving your water needs.  If you have any questions, please phone the office at 918-689-2117.
